The year is 2084. Douglas Quaid is a construction worker, every night Doug has been having horrible nightmares about the planet Mars and it has become very obsessive for Doug. Doug goes to "Rekall INC" a company that sales false memories of ideal holidays. When Doug has a false memory of a holiday on Mars implanted, it all goes terribly wrong. Doug has lost his memory and he is being chased by a group of assassins and his beautiful wife Lori is a agent who claims his whole life is a fake and he isn't who he is. After discovering he is Hauser, a former Mars Intelligence agent, Quaid goes to the colony on Mars, in hoping of finding answers. Where he meets a woman named Melina who is working for rebels and the assassins are working for Vilos Cohaggen, the colony's corrupt administrator. As Doug sets out to discover who he is and why Cohaagen is after him, Doug not only is finding answers, he also begins to question reality. Is the events of Rekall INC, being chased by assassins and going to Mars really happening? or Is it all a dream? |

Negotiator is a person who is to conduct talks with a terrorists or another kind of criminals when hostages are taken. When a police negotiator Danny Roman (Samuel L. Jackson) standing on his own legs, one of the best negotiators in Chicago, is framed and faced the perspective of serving time for a murder he not committed, he has to take hostages. His friend is killed by corrupt cops, and the detractive documents are stealthily placed to defile Roman's reputation. When Inspector Terence Niebaum (J.T. Walsh) and his equally corrupted colleagues conduct a search in Roman's place of abode, he takes them as hostages and demands to talk with a negotiator who serves in another police precinct, because he knows that the killer of the friend is between his own counterparts. Chris Sabian (Kevin Spacey), a high-skilled negotiator, is involved and all that Roman can do is to try to prove his innocence and to expose the real criminals. |

Los Angeles police sergeant Roger Murtaugh and his partner, Sergeant Martin Riggs, are working on yet another drug related case. Soon after finding 1 million dollars worth of South African krugerrand in a crashed red BMW after a chase, Riggs and Murtaugh are assigned to keep an eye on Leo Getz, who is scheduled to testify in a case. There are people who don't want Leo to testify, and they are a group of drug smugglers led by Arjen Rudd, the minister of diplomatic affairs for the South African consulate. Rudd turns out to be the man that Riggs and Murtaugh are after in the drug case they were working on before Leo was placed in their protective custody, which doesn't look very protective when Leo is kidnapped by Rudd's right hand man Pieter Vorstedt. Riggs ends up falling for Rudd's secretary Rika Van Den Haas, who doesn't like Rudd. In a confrontation with Vorstedt, Riggs is told the true circumstances behind the death of his wife Vicky, who died in a car crash in 1984 the car crash was caused by Vorstedt, who was supposed to have killed Riggs. Minutes after Vorstedt tries to kill Riggs, Riggs finds Rika dead, and this sends Riggs over the edge. |

Carl Rudolph Stargher (Vincent D'Onofrio) is a schizophrenic serial killer who abducts young attractive women and encloses them in a glass cell hidden in the basement of an abandoned facility. Then he turns on a shower and videotapes how the cell is being filled with water for 40 hours and his victims are slowly going mad and drowning. The maniac attaches chains to steel rings that pierce his flesh and views the footage while hanging under the ceiling. It's a tough task for the police to bring the killer to justice. After the most recent abduction the police finally track him down. Unfortunately, Carl suffers a seizure and falls into an irreversible coma. Time is short and the location of his latest victim is unknown. When FBI Agent Peter Novak hears about Catherine Deane (Jennifer Lopez), a psychotherapist experimenting with a unique way of entering the mind of comatose patients, he decides to enlist her help to get the information he needs. Using her incredible skills, Catherine travels into the killer's mind and finds it to be a bizarre, abstract, violent and scary world. It's easy to enter this world but it's almost impossible to get out of it... |
