This feature-length animation takes place between the original "Lilo and Stitch" and "Stitch: The Movie", and follows the same characters having new problems. As the film begins, everything seems to be going smoothly, but Lilo (Dakota Fanning) and her older sister Nani (Tia Carrere) soon discover that there are the major genetic failure in their alien friend so their plans to take part in the big hula dance festival may get crushed as well as the Stitch's possibility to stay with the new family that loves him.
A grizzly bear named Boog, domesticated by a park ranger, Beth, helps deer friend Elliot escape from the mullet-sporting hunter, Shaw. When the Elliot decides to return the favor to help Boog escape from Beth he finds that Boog is very happy with his domesticated home. After a misunderstanding, Beth is convinced that Boog is reverting to his wild nature and releases him in the woods just as hunting season begins. Boog has no idea how to survive outside of his garage home with his beloved Beth. Elliott and Boog develop a strong bond not only between themselves but also with the wild animals and attempt to drive the hunters out of the forest.

Like its predecessor Brother Bear, Brother Bear 2 features lush animation; a nice blend of action, suspense, and comedy; and a powerful message. (Ages 3 - 12)
In the comic movie animated Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck (voiced by Joe Alaskey) interact with human characters. This time, Bugs and Daffy work together for the Warner Bros. The life of plants and animals of the rainforest is under the deadly threat: bulldozers and other human machines are destroying trees and all tropical inhabitants. The other threat is that the evil spirit named Hexxus (voiced by Tim Curry) will be released if an old tree where he was confined long ago, will be injured by the bulldozers. Forest animals and mystic creatures should stop the felling: Krysta (voiced by Samantha Mathis), Pips (voiced by Christian Slater), Beetle Boys and Zak (Jonathan Ward) should prevent the forest from extinction. Zak is a human, who initially worked at the felling, but later he sworn to defend the beauty of the forest.
Some time after the Mousekewitz's have settled in America, they find that they are still having problems with the threat of cats.
