This adult-oriented tale continues the story of Batman (Kiton) - a superhero who tries now to rid the dull and gothic-looking Gotham City of the evil Penguin (Danny DeVito). Sexual component of the film is CatWoman (Michelle Pfeiffer) who uses her long black whip even better than the famous adventurer Indiana Jones. US Box office of the film exceeds 150 million dollars, so the picture can be called a high-grade one also because of its visual effects, make-up and everything (but the story seems naive a lot in some moments). But, nevertheless, this screen comic is suitable for all family to see. At the final minutes of film, DeVito's Penguin looks even pity: he is a monster, but he's undoubtedly unhappy creature. |

But some time later Lewis ends up arrested by local police who found a large quantity of hashish in the bungalow the buddies had rented. According to the Law of Malaysia, an over-limit amount of drug is classified as distribution; therefore Lewis is threatened with the death penalty. If John and Tony return and share the blame, the death sentence will be reduced to jail time. |

Homer's classic epic poem about the hero, Odysseus, and his travels home after the infamous ten year battle of Troy, is brought to the silver screen. The gods seize the opportunity to make Odysseus and his crew the pawns in their games; forcing Odysseus to take unbelievable detours that add years to his journey home. These detours throw him into conflict with great mythological creatures like Circe, the Cyclops, and Poseidon, and ultimately bring him into Hades itself. Meanwhile, Odysseus' wife, Penelope, worries that her husband is dead and is forced to fight off suitors who want to claim his kingdom. Through all of this Odysseus must keep faith and fight to find his way back home, with only the aid of the goddess Athena. |
