Adapted from the delightful book of the same name by Dr. Seuss, this computer-generated animated feature film from the makers of the Ice Age films is a pure treat for anyone of any age. The plot revolves around Horton (Jim Carrey), a kind, sweet-natured, lively elephant with charming blue eyes and big ears who has very keen hearing. One day he hears a tiny cry from help but can't see anyone. Then he discovers much to his surprise that the sound comes from a small speck of dust which is actually a tiny city inhabited by microscopic creatures known as Whos. The Mayor (Steve Carell) and the residents of Whoville ask Horton to protect them and their home from the dangers of the outside world. Despite being mocked and tormented by his jungle pals, who consider him to be crazy, the compassionate elephant feels it his duty to take measures for the defence of the tiny community.
Due to force majeure circumstances three members of a scientific expedition — survival guide Jerry Shepard (Paul Walker), cartographer Charlie Cooper (Jason Biggs), and geologist Davis McClaren (Bruce Greenwood) – are ordered to evacuate the National Science Foundation Research Base in Antarctica. As there is no room on board plane for their dogsled team, they reluctantly leave their smart and devoted four-footed friends, vowing to return in a few weeks and rescue them.
Early mammals have hard times: the Ice Age is come! An action of this computer-animated movie takes place twenty thousand years ago, when Arctic glaciers approached close to the motherland of Manny (voiced by Ray Romano), Sid (voiced by John Leguizamo) and Scrat (Wedge), who respectively are a mammoth, a sloth and a side-splitting saber-tooth squirrel. Freezing temperatures and the command of evil tigers oblige them to fight for survival, from time to time animals get into different hilarious and threatening situations, trying to save the human child which was torn from its tribe as a result of the tiger assault. Manny and Sid want to return the infant to his father when the demonic saber-toothed striped villain named Diego (Denis Leary) claims his rights to this child.
A small VHS only video store faces foreclosure in a poor community. While watching the store for the owner, a blundering employee's friend accidentally erases all of the tapes. In order to keep their blunder from becoming apparent, the duo of Mos Def and Jack Black begin remaking the films themselves using homemade special effects and outdated filming techniques.
In ancient China, the sanguinary Hun leader, Shan-Yu (Miguel Ferrer), and his mighty army have launched attacks on the Great Wall. Declaring martial law, China's Emperor (Pat Morita) drafts one man from every family to defend the country against the usurpers. Aware of the call to arms, young girl Mulan (Ming-Na Wen), the only kid of Fa Zhou (Soon-Tek Oh), is determined to prevent her crippled and ailing father from having to go to war. Therefore the bold-spirited girl disguises herself as a man and runs away from home to join the Imperial Army.
In this update of Disney's masterpiece film mixture of animation and music, new interpretations of great works of music are presented. It begins with an abstract battle of light and darkness set to the music of Beethoveen's Fifth Symphony. Then we see the adventures of a Humpback Whale calf and his pod set to "The Pines of Rome." Next is the humourous story of several lives in 1930's New York City, scored with "Rhapsody in Blue." Following is a musical telling of the fairy tale, "The Steadfast Tin Soldier" set to Dmitri Shostakovich's Piano Concerto No. 2. Then a goofy Flamingo causes havoc in his flock with his yo-yo to the tune of the finale of "Carnival of the Animals." This is followed by the classic sequence from the original film, "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" starring Mickey Mouse and followed by "Pomp and Circumstance" starring Donald Duck as a harried assistant to Noah on his Ark. Finally, we see the awesome tale of the life, death and renewal of a forest in a sequence featuring the composition, "The Firebird."
Having awaken from hibernation, forest dwellers - Verne the overptotective turtle (Garry Shandling), Stella the skunk (Wanda Sykes), Hammy the energetic squirrel (Steve Carell), Ozzie the opossum (William Shatner) and his daughter Heather (Avril Lavigne), Lou the porcupine (Eugene Levy), his caring wife Penny (Catherine O'Hara) and their fidgety kids – feel very anxious about not having enough food for everyone. And what is more, they are bitterly disappointed to discover that a suburban housing development has appeared in a place that used to be their forest home. Unaware of where to find food and scared of approaching the hedge, not to mention alien creatures called humans, they start thinking hard about solving the problem. Fortunately for them, an opportunistic yet charismatic traveling raccoon named RJ (Bruce Willis) who has recently attached himself to the forest community is bursting with ideas. RJ convinces the forest band of having nothing to fear and suggests that they should go over the hedge and get all they want from their new neighbors.

When Viktor Navorski (Tom Hanks) arrives at the NY airport, he finds himself a citizen of a non-existing country as the tiny European commonwealth where he lived disappeared after the military coup-d-etat. Thus, as he has nowhere to return and the USA can not let him in, the last and the best thing he can think out is to live in the airport until his legal status become apparent. The situation is complicated by lack of Navorski language knowledge, and an airport official, Frank Dixon (Stanley Tucci), who considers Viktor a problem he can't control but still desperately wants to take him off the hands. As the weeks and months stretch on, Viktor finds himself involved in the romance with a beautiful flight attendant named Amelia Warren (Catherine Zeta-Jones).
A young Hawaiian girl Lilo (voice of Daveigh Chase) makes friends with an amazing alien creature who is a dangerous, but rather cute being. The creature's name is Stitch (voice of Chris Sanders) as she called him, the tricky little monster is a product of an illegal "Genetic Experiment 626" escaped to Earth. But Lilo thinks he's a kind of dog, and this "dog" gradually proves to be a rowdy and mischievous being. Mad professor, who had created Stitch, is jailed and his fluffy blue nursling is being searched by intergalactic police and considered to be the most dangerous creature in the Universe. But Lilo can unwittingly reclaim the crafty extraterrestrial...
Roddy St. James (Hugh Jackman) is a pet mouse who lives a privileged life in the most prestigious and elegant penthouse apartment in London. He feels he has achieved a lot in his life. He is, to all appearances, absolutely on plush: he eats well, sleeps well and has no trouble. Roddy enjoys his blissful life, until one day vulgar sewer rat Sid (Shane Richie) comes spewing out of the clogged sink. Inclined to get rid of his uninvited guest, Roddy schemes to lure him into the "jacuzzi", which is actually the toilet bowl, and flush him away. However, his plan comes unstuck, for Sid so loses his heart to the luxurious place that he decides to replace Roddy at any cost. As a result, Roddy ends up in the bustling sewer world where he meets an eye-catching scavenger rat named Rita (Kate Winslet). To return home, Roddy and Rita must escape the crafty designs of the spiteful Toad (McKellen) who hates all rodents.
In the small town of Knapely, Yorkshire, England, Annie Clarke (Julie Walters) has just lost her husband, who was ill with leukemia. The calendar becomes well succeeded, making them famous and affecting their lives.
Two sisters, plus a dead mother, a remarried father, and a hostile step-mother. The sisters, each in her way, have perfected the art of losing. Then, while searching in her father's desk for money to filch, Maggie finds an address; the past and the future open up to her and, with any luck, may open to her sister as well.
Manny (Ray Romano), Sid (John Leguizamo), and Diego (Denis Leary) are currently living in a large valley surrounded by an enormously high ice wall on all sides. When a waterpark begins to form, the trio discovers that the ice wall is actually a wall that is barely holding a massive body of water that could flood the valley to nearly a mile underwater. A vulture tells them that there is a boat at the other end of the valley that may save them all, but they only have 3 days to make it or die. Manny is having trouble facing the fact that he may be the last mammoth left. Along the way, they meet Ellie (Queen Latifah), a mammoth who thinks she is a possum, and her possum brothers Crash (Sean William Scott) and Eddie (Josh Peck). As they begin to travel together, Manny learns, with help from Diego and Sid, that having this new mammoth with them, may not be as bad as Manny makes it out to be while they try to escape the oncoming and continually threatening flood. During their journey, Scrat the sabre-toothed squirrel has his own hilarious adventures that eventually leads to something else entirely.
In this tale of friendship, loyalty and sacrifice, Fern Arable (Dakota Fanning) is a young farm girl who rescues the runt of a litter of eleven piglets when her dad (Kevin Anderson) decides to kill him. Fern names the piglet Wilbur (voiced by Dominic Scott Kay), begins to raise him on her own and becomes excessively attached to him. To her regret, after her tiny pet grows into a big pig, he is taken to the farm run by her uncle and aunt, Homer (Gary Basaraba) and Edith Zuckerman (Siobhan Fallon). There, the amiable pig forges an unlikely, but truly remarkable, friendship with Charlotte (voiced by Julia Roberts), a spider that lives in the space above his pen. When Wilbur hears the bad news that he is destined to become Christmas dinner, it's up to Charlotte to save the day. The loyal spider begins spinning messages in her web, hoping to make the farmer realize Wilbur is a special pig that should be spared.

A lonely hospital doctor, Kate Forster (Sandra Bullock), happens to find her twin soul – a talented but frustrated architect, Alex Wyler (Keanu Reeves). The amazing thing is that he lives in the very same glass house in a lake where she used to live. The two begin exchanging letters and eventually develop a long distance relationship. When Kate and Alex become overwhelmed by the urge to meet each other, they face a very powerful obstacle standing in their way. It turns out that they are living in disparate time periods: he in 2004 and she in 2006. They disclose that the enchanted mailbox outside the lake house is the only link between past and future. Alex and Kate try their darndest to find means to bridge the distance between them.

Emma Thompson portrays a governess who uses magic to alter the behavior of a gaggle of previously irredeemable kids. She enters the household of the recently widowed Mr. Brown (Colin Firth) and attempts to tame his seven exceedingly ill-behaved children. She almost does, but there is a menace looming over the family – aunt Adelaide (Angela Lansbury) is going to take away one of the kids.
