Fortune unexpectedly smiles on a hapless New York City cab driver named Jimmy Tong (Jackie Chan) who gets a good job he has never bargained for. Jimmy is hired to be a personal chauffeur for dandified millionaire Clark Devlin (Jason Isaacs).
