This is the story of Mia Thermopolis (Anne Hathaway), an ordinary 15-year-old San Francisco girl. What would you do if you knew that a gigantic comet was about to slam into the earth and wipe out all life? President of the United States, Tom Beck (Morgan Freeman), announces to the world that there is only one year left before the fatal collision. Michael Reilly Burke's portrayal of the notorious serial killer Ted Bundy is exceptional. This account begins in 1974 with Bundy as a sympathetic counselor at an emergency hotline center in Seattle as well as a struggling law student. Bundy was handsome, intelligent, and well spoken, but something disturbing lurked just beneath the facade and his sociopathic behavior set forth a series of events that would shock the world. "Ted Bundy" moves from the 1974 Seattle killings to Utah, Colorado, and to his final killing spree in Tallahassee, Florida shortly after he escaped (for the second time) from incarceration and ends with his humiliating demise in the electric chair on January 24th, 1989. Theodore Robert Bundy confessed to killing 28 women, but the actual number Bundy carried with him to his grave. Some say, however, that he is responsible for as many as 33 to 100 murders of young women. |

A Russian scientist in Australia, Dr. Nekhorvich (Rade Serbedzija), who has created a skin-corroding virus called "Chimera" and its antidote called "Bellerophon", goes to the CDC in Atlanta. When renegade IMF agent Sean Ambrose (Dougray Scott) learns about Dr. Nekhrovich's inventions, he is intent on getting them and infecting the whole world in order to acquire the wealth and power by selling the cure. What he expects is that the price of "Bellerophon" will bump up when the public gets to know about the shocking effect of "Chimera". Ambrose kills the scientist but what he gets is only the antidote. It turns out that the prudent Dr. Nechrovich has injected himself with the deadly virus. Ambrose stops at nothing to steal the virus from Biocyte Pharmaceuticals in Sydney otherwise no one will buy the cure. The Government sends IMF agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) on a mission to stop the bloodthirsty terrorist before he manages to execute his perfidious destructive plans.
