A nice robot named Number 5 is stoked by the lightning but becomes even better then he was – Number 5 has got his own consciousness and learns how to feel and think by himself. Plunging into human culture and experience, he doesn't want to return to his military past. He meets a friendly woman named Stephanie (Ally Sheedy) who'd like to help him escape from the military and to convince them that the robot isn't dangerous any more.

The life of plants and animals of the rainforest is under the deadly threat: bulldozers and other human machines are destroying trees and all tropical inhabitants. Forest animals and mystic creatures should stop the felling: Krysta (voiced by Samantha Mathis), Pips (voiced by Christian Slater), Beetle Boys and Zak (Jonathan Ward) should prevent the forest from extinction. Zak is a human, who initially worked at the felling, but later he sworn to defend the beauty of the forest.

His uncle's last will and testament is that Monty must spend 30 millions dollars in 30 days, if which he accomplishes, he will get 300 million. But at the end of 30 days he must not own anything. He also must not give the money away and must not destroy anything valuable and he also cannot tell anyone why he is spending all this money. He thinks that he's on his way to doing that but Spike unwittingly invests some of the money and recoups everything that Monty has spent. And he also doesn't exactly have the support of the lawyers, cause is he fails they take control of the estate and give themselves a healthy fee for ahndling it. And also a lot of people especially the woman he is attracted to, thinks he is jerk.

When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins to finance his plans. However, all the while, he is still haunted by nightmares on what's waiting for him on the other side unless he can prove that he is worthy of Heaven again.

So he leaves and one of his elves creates a toy Santa to take his palce until he returns. Now the toy Santa seems to be working but after reading the rule book, he believes that the former Santa and everyone there doesn't follow the rules to the letter, so he makes some changes that doesn't seem right.
