The picture relates a moving story of friendship and devotion in rehabilitating the main characters'fractured lives, as it interweaves the interactions between horse, jockey, trainer and owner and their adoring fans. The film accurately portrays the real people and events of those troubled times and how Seabiscuit "fixed us, every one of us."
Late at night Victor returns to his home going to marry his fiancee Victoria. He has a trouble remembering the upcoming marriage' vows and trying to have a practice at a forest glade. Victor soon finds himself surrounded by the Land of the Dead, the place which is quite easy to bear if only you got used to see skeletons, eyeballs and the lost heads far and wide. Characters of this animated story bear strong resemblance to personas of Tim Burton's "Nightmare before Christmas" at some points. Animated Victor van Dort is voiced by inimitable Johnny Depp and his dead wife wannabe speaks with the voice of Helena Bonham Carter.

A really amazing movie, for Johnny Depp it’s just another film of a chocolate theme and another perfect role.

Some establishment had bought the radio station this program stapled, so this very broadcast will be the last... Keillor and Altman worked hard at creating a distinct element of authenticity. The entire film (except opening and closing scenes) was shot in St. Paul's Fitzgerald Theater, home to the show since 1978. "Prairie Home Companion" band members and regular guests also appear in the film.

A vulture tells them that there is a boat at the other end of the valley that may save them all, but they only have 3 days to make it or die. Manny is having trouble facing the fact that he may be the last mammoth left. Along the way, they meet Ellie (Queen Latifah), a mammoth who thinks she is a possum, and her possum brothers Crash (Sean William Scott) and Eddie (Josh Peck). As they begin to travel together, Manny learns, with help from Diego and Sid, that having this new mammoth with them, may not be as bad as Manny makes it out to be while they try to escape the oncoming and continually threatening flood. During their journey, Scrat the sabre-toothed squirrel has his own hilarious adventures that eventually leads to something else entirely.
