A rock group arrives onboard of the Missouri battleship which is soon to be decommissioned, and the party is to be held to celebrate the occassion. But several nuclear missiles still are on the ship; it turns out to be that the rockers are none other than disguised terrorists, and these guys do their best to take control over Missouri. Captain is killed, Government turns upside-down as the mercenaries begin to threaten with the nuclear attack. But onboard is Casey Ryback (Steven Seagal). He is a cook, but his military skills are not forgotten, moreover, his tactics and strategy can destroy every one of his foes. Captain was his good friend, so the terrorists are doomed all to a man. Somewhere onboard hides a Playboy's supermodel, which was to perform a strip-dance during the celebration; she is also to be rescued and taught how to make an explosive using a common cocoa butter and other (at first site harmless) components. This action thriller became a classic of the genre. |

Twenty years ago, 8-year-old Emma Brody's abusive mother smashed Emma's face into a bathroom mirror just for pilfering in the mother's makeup drawer. Today, Emma is an independent, self-assured woman who plays violin in a popular Celtic folk band in Chicago. Emma lives life on her own terms, only without sight -- the result of the traumatic injuries to her eyes at the hands of her mother. Luckily for Emma, medical science has vaulted a quantum leap in the past two decades. Now, thanks to corneal implants installed by her kindly eye surgeon, Dr. Ryan Pierce, Emma can see again. Emma's sight is at first cloudy, and she suffers from "retroactive hallucinations," a clinically documented syndrome in which the newly sighted sometimes "see" things hours, or even days, after they actually happen. This becomes a big problem when Emma sees a suspicious man leaving her neighbor's apartment at 4AM, but his features appear to her only in flashback later that morning. After failing to get a response at the neighbor's door, Emma tries to convince detective John Hallstrom and his partner Tom Ridgely to check things out. At first, Hallstrom dismisses Emma as a nutcase, but when the cops finally arrive on the scene, they find the guy murdered, using the same MO as a series of killings that Hallstrom and Ridgely are already investigating. Emma herself is in danger, because she's the only person who can identify the killer. Hallstrom's colleagues remain doubtful because Emma's vision flawed. When the killer begins to stalk Emma, Hallstrom has her placed under police protection, and the two soon become lovers while Hallstrom tries to figure out who the killer is. |

After Kenny accidentaly kills a cop's diabetic horse by feeding it the food he purchased from a munchie run, he is put in jail and is given a 1 million dollar bail. The rest of the group must bail Kenny out before Nasty Nate gets to him. The group decides to sell marijuana that Thurgood gets through his job as a janitor at a pharmaceutical lab. They become pals with rap star Sir Smoke-A-Lot and the rivals of dealer Samson Simpson. On the side, Thurgood seeks the love of Mary Jane, an anti-pot daughter of a dealer. What follows is typical pothead behaviour with a ton of cameos. Look carefully. |

In 1989, Nino Brown, a small time drug dealer, is convinced by one of his fellow thugs that the wave of the future is in the cocaine derivative, crack. Brown sees potential in crack and sets out to establish himself as chief kingpin by killing off his rivals and even going as far as to take over a whole apartment complex. Carl Rudolph Stargher (Vincent D'Onofrio) is a schizophrenic serial killer who abducts young attractive women and encloses them in a glass cell hidden in the basement of an abandoned facility. Time is short and the location of his latest victim is unknown. When FBI Agent Peter Novak hears about Catherine Deane (Jennifer Lopez), a psychotherapist experimenting with a unique way of entering the mind of comatose patients, he decides to enlist her help to get the information he needs. Using her incredible skills, Catherine travels into the killer's mind and finds it to be a bizarre, abstract, violent and scary world. Often using physical comedy and sight gags, this movie chronicles the slapstick misadventures of Ted, the Bellhop. He's on his first night on the job, when he's asked to help out a coven of witches in the Honeymoon Suite. Things only get worse when he delivers ice to the wrong room and ends up in a domestic argument at a really bad time. Next, he foolishly agrees to watch a gangster's kids for him while he's away. Finally, he finishes off the night refereeing a ghastly wager. |
