Sophisticated New York couple David and Annie Smith have an unusual marriage with an inordinate number of rules and regulations. One rule entitles them to ask each other one question per month which the other must answer completely honestly. Annie asks David if he would marry her again if he could have the time over again and David confides that he misses his freedom and so probably wouldn't. Later that day, an official from the town where they got married calls to see David. He explains that owing to a state boundary dispute, all couples married between 1936 and 1939 in the county were not legally married. David decides to have fun with this fact, but unbeknown to him, the county official calls to see Annie too and disaster results.
Tino Orsini has learned the trapeze from his father but he travels to Europe to seek out Mike Ribble, one of the few men who has managed to complete a triple somersault. Ribble no longer works the trapeze and now walks with a cane after a nasty fall left him a cripple. Orsini convinces him to act as his catcher and all is well until the gold digging Lola, who'll do just about anything to become part of a major circus act, arrives on the scene. Her presence creates friction between the two men and puts in doubt whether Tino will ever accomplish the elusive triple.

The mail in the north used to be delivered by dogsled, but the success of airplane delivery leaves Balto and the other sled dogs feeling neglected. However, when a delivery plane crashes on a mountain side, the sled dogs get the opportunity to show their worth. This story also prominently features Balto's son, Kodi, who was among the puppy litter that we met in Balto II: Wolf Quest.
Lester and Orville accidentally launch a rocket which is supposed to fly to Mars. Instead it goes to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. They are then forced by bank robber Mugsy and his pal Harry to fly to Venus where they find a civilization made up entirely of women, men having been banished.
Matt and Dean are in trouble. Dean owes tons of gambling debts. To pay it off, he promises to fix a horse, so that it does not run. To do that, he intends to use his animal lover, veterenian apprentice cousin, Jerry to do this. Of course, he doesn't tell Jerry the real reason. Hilarity ensues as mistaken identies are assumed, while along the way, Jerry meets a female vet and Dean falls for the owner of the horse he's promised to fix. Goons and mobsters are also lurking around; so beware!
Scientists re-discover Creature! Creature discovers lust! The "Creature From The Black Lagoon" is back and this time he's shipped to Marineland in (north) Florida for study. While in the aquarium he spies the love of his life. Naturally, the creature escapes in pursuit of beauty, down the St. Johns River, all the way to Jacksonville where he kidnaps his love from a downtown waterfront hotspot (dig the neon skyline in the background).
