In the final chapter of J.R.R. Tolkien's epic trilogy, the Dark Lord Sauron (Sala Baker) assigns his infinite hosts to besiege Minas Tirith, the capital of Gondor. He anticipates winning the war; however, he is outsmarted by Gandalf the Wizard (Ian McKellen) who diverts the Dark Lord’s attention to allow two tiny hobbits, Frodo (Elijah Wood) and Sam (Sean Astin), to reach Mount Doom with a plan to destroy the ring of power. The warrior Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen), the rightful heir to the throne of Gondor, leads the army of undead soldiers and the remaining members of the fellowship to free the ancient city from Sauron's grasp. The result of the death battle against Sauron's army will decide fate of humanity. |

Frodo (Elijah Wood) and Sam (Sean Astin) keep on their dangerous way to Mordor being accompanied by treacherous Gollum (voice of Andy Serkis) who is being torn between his evil and good identities. He still craves for the Ring he call his Precious. Meantime, Merry (Dominic Monaghan) and Pippin (Billy Boyd) are hostages of Uruk-hai while Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen), Legolas (Orlando Bloom), and Gimli (John Rhys-Davies) are trying to release them. The power of Isengard grows, armies of many thousands orcs are marching on towards the lands of Gondor and Rohan, and the burning baleful Eye stares from the awful tower of Barad-Dur. The Ent nation rises when the orcs begin to cut down the ancient forest of them by Saruman's order. The might of the innumerable Mordor powers headed by Sauron looms over the Middlearth, the land became silent before the great war. |

After a waterfront explosion, Verbal (Kevin Spacey), an eye-witness and participant tells the story of events leading up to the conflagration. The story begins when five men are rounded up for a line-up, and grilled about a truck hijacking (the usual suspects). Least pleased is Keaton (Gabriel Byrne) a crooked cop - exposed, indicted, but now desperately trying to go straight. The cops won't leave him alone, however, and as they wait for their lawyers to post bail, he is talked into doing one more job with the other four. All goes tolerably well until the influence of the legendary, seemingly omnipotent "Keyser Soze" is felt. Although set in the modern day, it has much of the texture of the forties, plus suspense, intrigue (a fairly high body count), and lots of twists in the plot. |

The movie is narrated by an ordinary, lonely, spiritually empty office employee (Edward Norton) who suffers from chronic insomnia and tries to escape from his humdrum existence. In an attempt to find comfort, he begins attending different disease support groups where he meets a charming but gloomy young woman, Marla Singer (Helena Bonham Carter), who is a pretender as the narrator is. While traveling on business, he encounters a more intriguing personage – Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt), a charismatic and cunning soap salesman. According to his perverted philosophy, self-perfection is the destiny of the weak and the only thing worth living for is self-destruction. They become fast friends and form an underground club where aggressive young men give vent to their frustrations in violent bare-knuckle fighting. But when Fight Club starts a cross-country expansion, the narrator makes a shocking discovery... |

Angelenos Doug Billings and Tracy Garner are about to get married. Two days before the wedding, the four men in the wedding party - Doug, Doug's two best buddies Phil Wenneck and Stu Price, and Tracy's brother Alan Garner - hop into Tracy's father's beloved Mercedes convertible for a 24-hour stag party to Las Vegas. Phil, a married high school teacher, has the same maturity level as his students when he's with his pals. Stu, a dentist, is worried about everything, especially what his controlling girlfriend Melissa thinks. Because she disapproves of traditional male bonding rituals, Phil has to lie to her about the stag, he telling her that they are going on a wine tasting tour in the Napa Valley. Regardless, he intends on eventually marrying her, against the advice and wishes of his friends. And Alan seems to be unaware of what are considered the social graces of the western world. The morning after their arrival in Las Vegas, they awaken in their hotel suite each with the worst hangover. None remembers what happened in the past twelve or so hours. The suite is in shambles. And certain things are in the suite that shouldn't be, and certain things that should be in the suite are missing. Probably the most important in the latter category is Doug. As Phil, Stu and Alan try to find Doug using only what little pieces of information they have at hand, they go on a journey of discovery of how certain things got into the suite and what happened to the missing items. However they are on a race for time as if they can't find Doug in the next few hours, they are going to have to explain to Tracy why they are not yet back in Los Angeles. And even worse, they may not find Doug at all before the wedding. |

In 1944, in the occupied Holland, the Jewish Rachel Stein is hiding from the Nazis in a house of a Christian family. When her hiding place is bombed, Rachel escapes by chance, but she is found by a stranger called Van Gein that invites her to join a group of Jews in a boat to escape to Belgium on the next night. He advises her to bring money and jewels for her survival and very few luggage. Rachel visits lawyer and friend of her family Wim Small that gives her a large amount for her travel. When she meets the refugees, she finds that her family is in the group. While crossing the swamp, a Nazi patrol boat arrives and kills the fugitives, but Rachel is the only one to survive. Later she joins a cell of resistance leaded by the Dutch Gerben Kuipers under the identity of Ellis de Vries; after meeting the Nazi Officer Ludwig Müntze in a train, Kuipers proposes Ellis to work as a spy seducing Müntze. During her assignment, Rachel recognizes Günther Franken as the commander of the attack to the boat of refugees and later she discovers that the murders are part of a scheme with a traitor in the resistance team. |
