The evil wizard Damodar (Bruce Payne) is bent on world domination. Having turned into a black whirlwind, Damodar steals a mysterious black orb, the power source, and assembles a huge army of giant dragons, flying harpies and other gruesome creatures in order to ruin the kingdom of Ismir. Berek (Mark Dymond), once a captain of the king's guard and a valorous warrior, and his wife Melora (Clemency Burton-Hill), a sorceress, join four intrepid heroes, Lux (Ellie Chidzey), Nim (Tim Stern), Dorian (Steven Elder), and Ormaline (Lucy Gaskell), to cross the path of the forces of evil. Together, they must bereave Damodar of the orb to thwart his sinister plans and eliminate the threat of the sleeping black dragon reawakening. |

A respected engineer Josh is asked to inspect a Nuclear Power plant in Russia where his ex-wife, Rachel, works. Their kids are living in the area. Josh was drawn in due to problems emerged on a station after a minor earthquake. The nuclear plant met Josh with the suspicious malfunctions and Rachel gave him the cold shoulder. The plant core was overheating in contrast to the Rachel's one. Josh tries to convince the engineers to shut down the reactor until they investigate the possible leak, but he is not succeeded: the plant is taken to full power. Suddenly a disaster strikes involving Josh, Rachel, their children and the plant's personnel into the breathtaking and dangerous fight for survival. They should stand against the raging powers of nature and the untamed might of the nuclear energy which can cause an explosion ten times that size of Hiroshima. A massive earthquake is dangerous, but the more destructive is that combined with the nuclear blast. |
