After Dougal the puppy (Robbie Williams) destroys the magic roundabout and inadvertently releases the evil ice wizard Zeebad Carpenter (Tom Baker) from his prison, the fate of the Enchanted Land hangs in the balance: Zeebad is itching to incase it in ice. Dougal and his brave pals, Brian the snail (Jim Broadbent), Ermintrude the opera-singing cow (Joanna Lumley), and Dylan the hippie rabbit (Bill Nighy), take great pains to find three magic diamonds so that they can reverse the beginning of winter and confine Zeebad in the dungeon.

Martin Freeman plays Chris, a frustrated TV producer who is forced to leave his unreliable flatmate Bob played by Velibor Topic in charge of showing a series of real estate agents around the house he is trying to sell.
