Retired Texas Rangers Gus McRae and Woodrow Call are content to live out their remaining years in the tiny Texas town of Lonesome Dove. Then their old friend Jake comes to town, and tells them about the incredible oppurtunities for cattle ranching in Montana. Encouraged by this, Call convinces Gus and many other townspeople to go on a perilous cattle drive to Montana. Gus has another agenda though: his former sweetheart now lives in Nebraska, and he hopes for a second chance with her. As the drive goes on it takes on an epic scale, ultimately becoming what could well be called the central event in the lives of all involved. |

The warrior Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen), the rightful heir to the throne of Gondor, leads the army of undead soldiers and the remaining members of the fellowship to free the ancient city from Sauron's grasp. The result of the death battle against Sauron's army will decide fate of humanity. |

They take a long and perilous journey across the treacherous landscape of Middle-earth so as to destroy the Ring in the fires of Mount Doom, where it was made. |

The power of Isengard grows, armies of many thousands orcs are marching on towards the lands of Gondor and Rohan, and the burning baleful Eye stares from the awful tower of Barad-Dur. The Ent nation rises when the orcs begin to cut down the ancient forest of them by Saruman's order. The might of the innumerable Mordor powers headed by Sauron looms over the Middlearth, the land became silent before the great war. |

Wide LA beaches and the bright sun of California seems to be the perfect crime scene as the mafia bosses compete to occupy an empty place on the top of the criminal hierarchy after the main mafia boss was imprisoned to serve a long term. Kim Basinger appears in the film as a high-paid prostitute-blackmailer.

1939 Arezzo, Italy. Guido and his friend arrive in town. Guido, who's Jewish, is a funny, happy, naively sophisticated, imaginative man, who falls in love with a school teacher(Dora). With his wits and his imagination, he wins the heart of the teacher, who in spite of having agreed to a marriage proposal with an other guy, doesn't hesitate for a moment to run away with Mr. Guido, who was just a waiter by then. They have a kid who always enjoys the special imagination of his father. During WWII, the happy family gets swept off to a concentration camp, where the father, in order to make his son believe that the predicament is just an game his family is participating in, uses that very imagination and makes his son believe that it is a game they are playing and the 1st prize is a tank. Various levels of creativity are used by Guido to protect his son in the camp, where the old and the children are killed because they are not strong enough to work. |

This biblical parody focuses on Brian Cohen (Graham Chapman) who, due to a chain of ridiculous and comic circumstances that parallel the life of Jesus, is mistaken for a prophet and willy-nilly becomes a sort of Messiah. Eventually, having fallen in love with a rebel Judith, Brian joins up with an anti-Roman political organization - Peoples' Front of Judea. The Romans finally catch the reluctant Messiah and he is doomed to be crucified... Ultimately, the movie is a total mockery ranging from from Pontius Pilate to mad prophets, Roman centurions, and crucifixion. |

A young lion prince is born in Africa, thus making his uncle Scar the second in line to the throne. Scar plots with the hyenas to kill King Mufasa and Prince Simba, thus making himself King. The King is killed and Simba is led to believe by Scar that it was his fault, and so flees the kingdom in shame. After years of exile he is persuaded to return home to overthrow the usurper and claim the kingdom as his own thus completing the "Circle of Life". |

On a train through Europe, Iris Henderson meets the kindly old woman Miss Froy, and they meet several other passengers over the course of their conversation. Iris later wakes up from a nap to discover that Miss Froy is nowhere to be found, and none of the people they met seem to have any recollection of her.
