Plot Summary:
Anna Leonowens (Deborah Kerr) and her son Luis (Rex Thompson) moves from England to Siam where Anna is hired by the royal family to teach English to the King's children. The new way of life and conflicts with the King (Yul Brynner) affect her badly but soon she understands that she can't leave her new pupils and that the relationships with their father are getting warmer.
