Plot Summary:
Pete Garrison (Michael Douglas), a special agent, suggests there is a neo-Nazi plot in the White House. Suddenly he finds himself framed, blackmailed and relieved of his duties. He goes on the run, and in spite of chased by the own colleagues from secret service, he conducts his own investigation trying to find the responsible.
