Plot Summary:
Set in Washington, D.C., in the 1960s, the inspiring drama tells the true life story of Ralph Waldo 'Petey' Greene (Don Cheadle). When a radio program director, Dewey Hughes (Chiwetel Ejiofor), visits his brother Milo (Mike Epps) in prison, he hears his fellow inmate, Petey, who works as a disc jockey to express himself.
