Plot Summary:
Based on the comic books by Mike Richardson and Mark Verheiden, this riveting science fiction thriller is set in the future (actually 2004) where scientists create a time travel device., The government forms the Time Enforcement Commission (TEC) to prevent criminals from exploiting the new technology for their villainous purposes.
