CoPlace Hub. Coworking and retail in the heart of Chula Vista. 

We see 3rd street in Chula Vista becoming the cultural hub of the city. The CoPlace Hub will bring boutique retail and coworking offices to Chula Vista in 2019. 

With the success of the first 3 CoPlace projects, CoPlace is excited to announce its intention to create the CoPlace Hub. This endeavor will act as mix used place providing entrepreneurs a low cost way to have retail store front and desirable office space. Being on the corner of Church and Davidson St, make it ideal for shopping and those would like to work near the burgeoning third street. 

Initial interest is high and 13 of the 22 units are already accounted for.  By launch the entire CoPlace Hub will be occupied with tenants. 
This facility will also house our IoT system which will become a test bed for learnings on how data can impact tenants and culture for the area. Our intent is use this data to help shape the Mega-CoPlace project.
