Phil brings his unique vision and practical approaches to create environments that align with community values. He has a knack for getting projects over hurdles that that others would give up on.

Alexander has worked for over 20 years in real estate, and focuses on development, multi-family projects and financing.  He is also an executive of EO, global, peer-to-peer network of more than 13,000+ influential business owners with 186 chapters in 58 countries. Alex is able to source budding entrepreneurs to participate in our projects.

Technology, sales, branding and product development are all major strengths for Landis. Landis works with CoPlace leadership to create the company’s vision and execution structures. Landis brings new partners to the Consortium and supports CoPlace sales efforts.  

David Loewenstein

David is an amazing project manager, especially when getting a project through permitting and inspections. Since he specializes in out of the box projects (no pun intended), he is by nature required to be able to prove to any municipality how the project that we are proposing meets their building standards even thought most cities have not had anyone request a Co-Place before.

Jason is a real creative, especially when it comes to space planning and curb appeal. Jason really understands what understanding that "thing" that a space needs but it's hard to describe why.
